• You agree not to misuse our website (hacking, scraping, spamming, unlawful use).

• Content on the website (text, designs, graphics, logos) is owned by Gwiksoft and may not be copied without permission.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Subscriptions (e.g., Starter Plan, CRO Plan) are billed monthly.

• You may cancel anytime; no refunds for partially used billing periods.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information, access to required platforms (Shopify, Meta Ads, etc.), and timely feedback.

• Ensure you have legal rights to all creative assets (images, videos, text) shared with us.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Gwiksoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services.

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., sales, ROAS) but will deliver services professionally as agreed.

6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

• We integrate with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google, etc. Use of these tools is governed by their own terms. Gwiksoft is not responsible for their policies, outages, or limitations.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are overdue.

• There is misuse of services or violation of terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Patna Bihar.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
